Nobody can truly say that they "ENJOY" exercising on a daily basis. Yes there are some activities that once you pass the 1st 10 or 15 brutal minutes of gasping for air and oxygen, than you finally start getting a good "rush" and perhaps get your mind off the working out part of it and focus on the feeling good part of the exercising or working out session. Thus perhaps choosing an activity where you can get your mind into that "feeling good" stage as quickly as possible, may be just the answer and the extra motivation you need to get a JUMP START on your WEIGHT LOSS/CONTROL program and activities! |

Our Power Latin Cardio Classes are going stronger than ever! The word of mouth has been the best support for the program and the ladies who have joined are dedicated, motivated and less frustrated! The energy at studio during classes is contagious and is the best ingredient! Some claim this class to be even better than ZUMBA! True or not true? Who knows? But it sure has helped people to feel better about themselves and avoid being home over eating or feeling sad or less active!
 Now is it such a thing as miracle WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS OR PILLS? |

Just placed a large order for dancing shoes for OC DANCE STUDIO and should have them by next Monday night! WE have Smooth and Latin Shoes and great pricing of course!
 Wednesday night was a hit with our 1st rehearsal classes for TINA TURNER (PROUD MARY) & DIRTY DANCING (4 THEME SONGS) and 12 ladies celebrating life with great dancing!!!
Classes are held at studio from 7:45-9:15pm every Wednesday night and Show Night will be September 22nd at Embassy Suites Hotel by Disneyland! Come join us! Tonight is Social Dancing Night with Classes by Rostislav Liduch from 6:45-7:30pm and is always 1 or more surprising Rhythms for you to learn and enjoy for your next Social Event! |

Hi everyone! OC DANCE STUDIO is hotter than ever! Every Wednesday nights you can choose from 4 different awesome & fun Dance Classes/Lessons & meet great new friends! Tonight is the 1st night for combo formation practices! Ladies from all ages and dancing levels meet together for fun & educational dance classes learning same moves and same techniques in a formation format. Classes are fun and very entertaining! This is the equivalent of watching teh behind the scenes of Dancing With the Stars except that YOU get to be part of it! |

Here are the themes for next formations, yes you read it right, formationS for our SUMMER SHOWCASE: Dirty Dancing "Time of My Life" and we will be doing the remake of "PROUD MARY" by Tina Turner! We will open the night with our powerful Tina Turner routine (remake) and close the night with a very "touchy" up lifting number of Dirty Dancing infamous dancing scene! Crazy and cool ah? Yeah babe!!! You can only have that at OC DANCE STUDIO a place where women can be all they can be! |
