Because DANCING is a great way to stay active, feel good and lose weight. You can dance with a partner or alone and either way you will exercise while having fun!
Ballroom dancing means any type of dance that you must do with a "partner", but with our Rotating System, you are guaranteed to having a partner to dance with and have fun!

 We offer private sessions for singles and couples who may feel that need a better start. You will set up the pace of the class and also choose the rhythms you want to learn with the teacher of your choice. You will then feel better prepared to attending to the group classes which are always a great way of socializing and realize that you are not alone on being a beginner with dancing challenges.
